                                            Past continuous tense

A.pengertian 

 Past continuous tense adalah bentuk tense yang digunakan untuk menyatakan bahwa suatu aksi sedang berlangsung selama waktu tertentu pada waktu lampau (past). Bentuk ini menunjukkan bahwa aksi tersebut terjadi sebelum (began before), selama (was in progress during), dan mungkin berlanjut setelah (continued after) waktu atau aksi lainnya yang terjadi pada masa lampau.

kalimat positif (+):

S + be (was/were) + present participle (-ing)
He was sleeping
The people were waiting

kalimat negatif (-):

S + be (was/were) + not + present participle (-ing)
He wasn’t sleeping
The people weren’t waiting

kalimat interogatif (?):

be (was/were) + S + present participle (-ing)?
Was he sleeping
Were the people waiting

– Dia tidak sedang tidur ketika saya datang

My father's name Agus taufik,born in pasuruan on january 7,1963.he is the first at children with 3 brother and 2 sister his father's name is supardi ,a civil servant in the market office ,her mother is named suharti , a house wife,he lives on Jl remaja, martopuro. When he went  to ELEMENTARY school with drove with drove walk 500 m.though much he still raring to go with love hearts. When Junior high School, he attended PGRI sengon After graduation from junior high school, my father worked in the malang cooperative ,a few years later he was assigned by his father as a market employee and finally his degree was appointed as PNS.
